The reality inside most UK firms

Three things your team is doing by hand right now.

The same data goes into three tools

An enquiry arrives by email. Someone types it into the CRM, again into the quoting spreadsheet, again into the accounts package. Every copy is a chance for a typo, and the three never quite agree.

Enquiries wait overnight

A form filled in at 6pm gets a reply at 10am, if the inbox is checked. By then the person asking may have moved on to the next name on Google. Speed of first reply is the part of sales you can actually automate.

Nobody can see the numbers without asking

How many quotes went out this month, how many converted, what is overdue: the owner has to ask someone, who has to build a spreadsheet, which is out of date by the time it arrives.

What we build for you

Four AI automation services. One platform you own.

Each part removes a job someone currently does by hand. Together they run as one system, on your data, with a person able to step in at any point.

01

Enquiry and quote automation

An assistant on your website and in your inbox that answers enquiries, asks the qualifying questions and comes back with a quote or a booked call, at 2am as readily as 2pm. It introduces itself as an assistant and hands over to a person whenever someone asks. The Lingo Service platform runs exactly this: an embedded AI assistant qualifying leads 24/7.

02

Workflow automation inside one platform

Reminders, follow-ups, status changes and document generation, triggered by what actually happens: a quote accepted, a deadline approaching, a payment received. Your team works from one queue instead of five inboxes.

03

AI assistants and voice agents

Bespoke assistants that speak and type: on the phone, in chat, or inside your own systems. Built on the same voice stack as LingoVoice, our real-time interpreting platform for 260+ languages, so working in more than one language is not an add-on. From £24,950.

04

Integration with what you keep

Your email, CRM and accounting package can stay. We connect to them so data is entered once and flows to where it is needed. What stays and what goes is decided with you on the strategy call, not by us in a proposal.

Mainly need the phone answered? See the AI receptionist. Need the system underneath built first? See bespoke software development.

What we automate first

Start with the task that eats the most hours.

We do not automate everything on day one, and we do not promise hours saved before anything has been measured. The sequence is short, and it is the same for every firm.

01

Audit the repetitive work

We list every task your team repeats: what triggers it, who does it, how often, which tools it touches. That list, not our opinion, sets the order.

02

Automate the highest-volume task first

One task, done end to end, live, with a person able to step in. If enquiries and quotes are your busiest job, that is where we start.

03

Measure it

Before and after, on your own numbers: how many went through, how many needed a person, how long each took. If it is not carrying its weight, we say so and fix it before touching anything else.

04

Expand

Only when the first task is stable do we take the next one from the list. Each new automation lands on the same platform, so nothing is bolted on from outside.

This sits inside our four-step process, Audit, Scope, Build, Run, described on the approach page. The Lingo Service operations platform we build and run is the working example: instant quoting and an assistant qualifying leads 24/7 at the front, certified workflows and a client portal behind them.

Why this model fits automation work

AI automation specialists, not account managers.

Automation is often sold as a subscription to one more tool, or a chatbot bolted onto the website. This is different by design: you talk to the engineer who builds your system, it runs on one platform, and the code belongs to you.

13+ years building

Production systems, not learning on your dime.

Direct line

You message the engineer who built it. No account managers, no tickets.

You own the code

Your repository, your designs, your content. Walk away any time.

Fixed price

No scope creep, no surprise invoices. We commit on the strategy call.

UK-based, UK hosting

Your data stays on UK infrastructure. Same time zone, no offshore handoffs.

Live proof

Four platforms we build and run, including an assistant that qualifies leads 24/7.

Honest answers

Common questions, straight answers.

Which tasks are worth automating?

The ones that happen many times a week, follow the same steps every time, and currently wait on a person: enquiries, quotes, bookings, reminders, document generation, chasing. One-off judgement calls are not worth automating, and we will tell you so. The audit produces the list; volume decides the order.

Do we need to replace our current tools?

No. Business process automation done properly means connecting what you keep, email, CRM, accounting, so that data is entered once and flows to where it is needed. If a tool is genuinely the problem we say so on the strategy call, and replacing it becomes part of the fixed scope, not a surprise later.

What AI models do you use, and where does our data live?

We choose the model per task rather than tying you to one vendor: Claude and OpenAI models for language tasks, Whisper for speech recognition, ElevenLabs for voice. Your platform and your data are hosted in the UK, and the code sits in your own repository.

How do you stop the AI making things up?

Three ways. Assistants only act within scoped rules: they answer from information you have approved, collect details and book, and nothing beyond that. Anything that matters, a quote, a commitment, a complaint, passes through a human review step before it goes out. And every assistant introduces itself as an assistant, so a caller can always ask for a person and always reach one. We do not publish accuracy percentages, because any figure we gave you would be a guess.

What does AI automation cost?

Automation built into a Custom Platform starts at £14,950 and takes 6 to 10 weeks. Bespoke AI assistants and voice agents start at £24,950. The optional care plan is £99 a month for UK hosting, 2 hours of development, bug fixes and a quarterly health review. Every price is fixed on the free 30-minute strategy call and paid 50% on signing, 50% on launch.

How long does it take?

A Custom Platform with automation is 6 to 10 weeks. AI assistants and voice agents are scoped on the strategy call, and the timeline is fixed alongside the price. Your current tools keep running throughout: the old system stays live until launch day, data is migrated and checked first, and you get a written launch-day report.
