We typically work with a 40% deposit to begin, 30% at design approval, and 30% at launch. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfer, and card payments.

Yes. Most clients continue working with us after launch for updates, improvements, and technical support. We offer flexible retainer packages starting from £500/month, or you can engage us on a project-by-project basis.

We're technology-agnostic and choose the best tools for each project. Common choices include React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, and PostgreSQL. We also work with WordPress, Shopify, and other platforms when they're the right fit.

Yes, absolutely. You own everything we build for you — code, designs, content, all of it. We'll hand over complete source code and documentation at project completion.

We can manage hosting and deployment for you, or hand everything over to your team. We typically recommend and set up hosting during the project, and many clients keep us on for ongoing management.

Yes. We regularly integrate with existing CRMs, payment systems, ERPs, and third-party APIs. During discovery, we'll map out all integration points and plan the technical architecture accordingly.
