Websites ship in 2-3 weeks from kickoff to live, the £1,999 Startup tier often in 1-2. Platforms run 6-10 weeks. You get the timeline, and a fixed price, on the free strategy call, and we hold to both.

Both. The £1,999 Startup tier exists precisely for early-stage founders who need something real to launch with, and the platform tiers suit established businesses replacing scattered tools. We've been on both sides ourselves, our own products range from a bootstrapped marketplace to a translation service used by UK councils and NHS trusts since 2021.

Four steps: Audit (we map how your business actually runs and find the changes that pay off most), Scope (fixed price, fixed timeline, sign once, build starts), Build (we engineer and ship a production system), and Run (go live with monitoring and support). You'll have regular check-ins throughout.

You deal directly with the engineers building your project, no account managers or intermediaries. We typically use email for formal updates and Slack or WhatsApp for day-to-day questions, with a progress update every week.

Change is normal and expected. We build in flexibility for refinements within the agreed scope. If changes significantly expand the scope, we'll discuss the impact on timeline and budget before proceeding, no surprises.

Simple: 50% on signing, 50% on launch. Nothing in between, no surprise invoices. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

Yes, the optional Care plan at £99/month: UK-based hosting, security and uptime monitoring, 2 hours of development included each month, priority bug fixes, and a quarterly platform health review. Cancel anytime. Or self-host and come back for fixed-scope work when you need it, you own everything either way.

Every new build is custom Next.js with TypeScript, fast, SEO-ready, and fully yours, with no page-builder bloat. Databases, payments, CRMs and AI integrations are added as your project needs them. We don't build new sites on WordPress or Shopify, though we can maintain or migrate an existing one if you're moving off it.

Yes, absolutely. You own everything we build for you, code, designs, content, all of it. We'll hand over complete source code and documentation at project completion.

Either way works. We can host and manage everything for you on the £99/mo Care plan, or hand the lot to your team at launch, source code, documentation, deployment setup included. Your call, no obligation.

Yes. We integrate with existing CRMs, payment systems, ERPs, and third-party APIs. During the audit we map out every integration point and plan the technical architecture around them.
